In addition to treating patients with chiropractic and rehabilitation.....Dr. Green is an accredited TeamCME medical examiner and a Lifeloc Certified BAT/SAT examiner.
Our qualified staff provides employers, TPAs, individuals and owner-operators with health testing, pre-employment testing, physical exams, drug testing and DOT medical certification services. We also provide school and sports physical exams. We work closely with The Estero Mustangs.
Anyone who carries a commercial drivers license (CDL) is regulated by the Department of Transportation(DOT). Every 24 months (2years) you must have a commercial motor vehical medical (CMV) examination that meets all DOT requirements.
A CMV driver medical exam is required for an interstate driver (drives across state lines) of a vehicle/trailer weighing over, or rated to carry more than 10,000lbs (total weight). Also, a driver of a vehicle that has a capacity to carry, or is carrying 8 persons (including the driver) for hire, or has a capacity to carry, or is carrying 15 persons or more (including the driver) without compensation must also have a CMV medical exam.
Whether the vehicle crosses state lines or not, a driver of a truck or passenger vehicle that is rated for, or weighs more than 26,000 lbs, or has a capacity, or is carrying 16 persons or more (including the driver) must have a CMV Medical Exam regardless.
The driver of any vehicle placarded for transporting hazardous waste must have a CMV medical exam.

We guarantee DOT exam results in 30 minutes. We promptly call you with drug testing and health screening results that help you expedite the pre-employment process. We also provide hard copy results by fax or mail, depending upon your preference.
